Right of Return – “7 Days Free Trial” Promotion

In addition, we grant all customers who participated in the “7 Days Free Trial” promotion (from 11/10 to and including 13/10) the right to return all bridles – even if they have been used while riding – provided that the cancellation is made within 7 days of receiving the bridle. The 7-day period begins as soon as the package is marked as “delivered” in the DHL tracking system, even if it was delivered to a neighbor. If the cancellation is made after the 7-day period, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to unused goods with original tags attached. The cancellation can most easily be made via the return form .

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BRIDLERY GmbH, Hanauer Landstr. 16A, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, WhatsApp: +49158002018, Email: support@bridlery.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.

Linked / Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit. This is assumed in particular if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan amount has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender, in relation to you, enters into our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if this contract relates to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for that.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward / unpaid.

3) Please note that items 1–2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

4) For soiled goods or missing tags, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €25.00.
